Terms of Use

SeniorCarePH provides health education, care-navigation resources, membership services and, where available, paid doctor teleconsultations.

1. Education is not emergency care

Website lessons and general information do not replace appropriate professional medical care. For emergencies, use the appropriate emergency service.

2. Account access

SeniorCarePH accounts use cellphone number verification by one-time password. Customers do not need social login.

3. Payments

Membership and consultation payments are processed through PayMongo. A successful payment may activate the requested service after the payment webhook is confirmed.

4. Teleconsultations

Scheduled teleconsultations may be conducted through Google Meet. Customers should join only at the scheduled time and should not share consultation links with others.

5. Membership

Premium membership is provided according to the plan and period displayed at checkout. Membership status is maintained by SeniorCarePH's server-side account records.
