By using SeniorCarePH.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service scope

SeniorCarePH provides health education, wellness guidance, digital tools, membership features and, when enabled, access to healthcare and home-care services in the Philippines.

2. Not an emergency service

SeniorCarePH is not an emergency response service. Do not use the website for urgent or life-threatening situations.

3. Educational content

Health lessons, videos and general guidance are educational and should not be treated as a personal diagnosis or individualized medical treatment plan.

4. Doctor consultations

Where doctor consultations are offered, the consultation is provided by the identified healthcare professional under the professional and regulatory requirements applicable to that service. Availability, fees, scheduling and communication channels may change.

5. Membership

Current membership pricing is displayed in the app. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the offered plans are ₱299/month and ₱2,999/year. Paid access is subject to successful payment and the applicable cancellation/refund terms presented during checkout.

6. Medicines and equipment

Where a medicine or health-equipment store is enabled, availability, prescription requirements, delivery areas and regulatory requirements apply. Products may be supplied from SeniorCarePH inventory first and from an authorized partner where appropriate and available.

7. Facebook and Messenger

Facebook Login and Messenger are third-party Meta services. Their use is subject to Meta’s terms and policies in addition to these terms.

8. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, use the service lawfully, and avoid impersonating another person or submitting another person’s information without appropriate authority.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page.
