SeniorCarePH.com is a Philippines-focused health education, care-navigation and teleconsultation service. We collect only information reasonably needed to provide the services you request.

1. Information we collect

• Cellphone number used for one-time-password verification and account access.
• Name and optional contact information provided for membership or consultation services.
• Payment and transaction references returned by PayMongo.
• Appointment information needed to arrange a consultation.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

2. SMS verification

We use an SMS provider to send one-time verification codes. OTP codes are used for account verification and are not used as a substitute for clinical identification.

3. Payments

Payment details are processed by PayMongo through its hosted checkout. SeniorCarePH does not ask customers to enter card details directly into the SeniorCarePH website.

4. Google Meet

Paid teleconsultations may use Google Meet. The consultation link is provided to the appropriate customer for the scheduled appointment. Google may process information according to its own policies.

5. Health information

Please do not submit unnecessary medical records or highly sensitive clinical information through general forms. Consultation records are handled only as needed for the requested service and applicable legal requirements.

6. Your requests

You may contact SeniorCarePH to request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and healthcare record-retention requirements.
