SeniorCarePH.com (“SeniorCarePH”, “we”, “us”) is a Philippines-focused digital service for seniors, families and Care Partners. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use our website and PWA.

1. Information we may receive

• Basic information provided through Facebook Login, such as your public profile name and information Facebook makes available to the app under the permissions you approve.
• Information you voluntarily provide when requesting membership, support, scheduling or other services.
• Technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the website, such as browser/device information and basic logs.

2. Health information

Please do not submit sensitive medical information through ordinary website forms or chat unless the service specifically requests it through an appropriate secure process. Where a doctor consultation is provided, health information may be processed by the responsible healthcare professional and service provider as required for the service and applicable Philippine law.

3. Facebook Login and Messenger

Facebook Login is used as the primary sign-in method. Messenger may be used for customer support and, where separately arranged and appropriate, doctor consultation communications. Facebook/Meta processing is also governed by Meta’s own policies.

4. Payments and services

When paid services are introduced, payment information should be processed by the selected Philippine payment provider. SeniorCarePH should not store full card credentials unless a compliant payment architecture specifically requires it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to provide, secure, operate or support the service, or when required by law. Medical information should only be shared for an appropriate healthcare purpose or other lawful basis.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests
