Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: September 14, 2026

Delete your SeniorCarePH account data

If you want SeniorCarePH to delete personal information associated with your account, email bioedftmedlines@gmail.com with the subject SeniorCarePH Data Deletion Request.

Please include the name and email address associated with your Facebook Login so we can identify the correct account. Do not send passwords or unnecessary medical information by email.

Facebook-connected data

You can also remove SeniorCarePH from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account using Facebook’s account settings. Removing the Facebook connection does not necessarily delete records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or healthcare obligations; those records will be handled according to applicable law and our privacy policy.

What happens after a request

We will review the request, verify that it relates to the correct account, and delete or anonymize information that we are permitted to delete. Where retention is legally required, we will retain only what is necessary for that requirement and protect it appropriately.
